Great news! During October, all 1/4 sim (16384 sq.m) parcels have been reduced from our standard price of L$4000/week to just L$3000/week!
This rate applies to new customers only, and is valid for all rental box payments made during October (our Mainland rental boxes support a maximum of 10 weeks in advance).

Our most popular house model, the Sea Breeze, has been recently updated. As houses become vacant, we are taking the opportunity to upgrade to the newer model. Some of the textures have gone, the wood colour has changed and bubbles/steam have been added to the integral pool – resulting in a more modern design which we think you’ll agree looks even better!

Rubble Rentals has expanded in Jokung, bringing the total number of rental houses to 18!
