Having reviewed some of our competition, we have changed our Mainland rental pricing as follows:
4096 sq.m – 937 prims – L$1100/week
8192 sq.m – 1875 prims – L$2000/week
16384 sq.m – 3750 prims – L$3900/week
32768 sq.m – 7500 prims – L$7700/week
NB: We don’t currently rent parcels smaller than 4096 sq.m.

Here is the covenant for our first residential private region, Dooley, for reference:
This island is owned by Rubble Rentals.
If you need support on your land or want to buy land contact Graeme Rubble (best way is via our website http://rubblerentals.com).
Respect your neighbours and their privacy.
No drama (if you have a problem with anyone report it to us so we can help resolve the issue).
No tall buildings like skyscrapers or appartment buildings.
No high walls around your house or land.
No privacy screens (use the sky if you want pictures around your house).
No shouting objects or shouting on the sim if unnecessary.
No huge rotating/flashing/glowing objects.
Breedables are allowed here but not more than 10 and they should be move locked.
No buildings or floating objects in the sky below 600 metres (anything higher is allowed).
No excessive use of heavy/laggy scripts (e.g. sim scanners and other gadgets that are not needed).
No shops/malls or clubs (a private party at home with friends every now and then is ok).
No red ban lines around your land (do not use the access list, only ban list is allowed).
Use security systems with the settings below:
- Set to 10 seconds minimum before kick so people can fly over your land without being kicked/banned.
- Make sure your scan range is not reaching beyond your land and spamming neighbours with warnings.Make sure your objects don’t overlap neighbours land without permission from your neighbour.
You are allowed to terraform however, we reserve the right to make adjustments or undo your work without your permission if we believe your work decreased the value of empty land around you or suddenly killed a neighbours view.

Although our Mainland parcels remain popular for the budget concious, there’s no denying that they often suffer from lag. Our Estate land offers the ultimate in lag-free living, so why not consider trying it for yourself?
